Tour policies

Cancellations and Changes:

1. Transportation to the pick up point is NOT provided by Tango Rentals.
2. As we collect only a 20% deposit, we do not pay refunds. If we receive at least 48 hours notice, we will happily issue you a credit against another tour. Cancellations must be made by e-mail or telephone (322 224 7398).
3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour or no-shows forfeit the entire deposit.
4. All guests are required to sign an acknowledgment of risk. (Provided by the tour operator)
5. All reservations are subject to availability and those made less than 72 hours before the tour date may not be changed.
6. You can (subject to availability) make changes in the date of your tour up to 3 you’re your scheduled date. Changes must be requested by email or telephone (322 224 7398).
7. If possible, we like to contact you in Puerto Vallarta the day before your tour to answer any questions and confirm details. In order that we can do this, we ask that you email us your contact details in Puerto Vallarta .
8. Any problems encountered on your tour/ activity must be notified by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours for us to seek a refund on your behalf, should this be appropriate.
9. All tours are non-refundable once taken.
10. Your ID may be requested before undertaking your tour.

Liability release and assumption of risk, this is a release of your right to sue.

• I am aware of the risk inherent in the above stated activity hereafter referred to as "Activity" and accept these risk.
• I understand and agree that neither Tango Rentals nor Tango Tours or any of its employees (hereafter referred to as Tango Rentals) are affiliated with the tour supplier, that is offering, sponsoring or providing the activity.
• I understand and agree that Tango Rentals does not make any representation, either express or implied, regarding the tour supplier, its operations or the safety of the activities it is offering.
• I understand and agree that Tango Rentals does not supervise, inspect or control the tour activity, its operation or the activities it is offering.
• I affirm that I am in good mental and physical health to participate in the activity and that I will not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• If I am taking medication, I affirm that I am able to participate in the activity while under the influence of the medication/drugs.
• I understand that even though I follow all the instruction and appropriate practices of the activity, there is still a risk of sustaining injury and I assume the risk of such injury.
• I understand that the activity (may/will depending on the activity) require physical strenuous activity and that (may / will) be exerting myself during this activity and if I am injured as a result, I assume the risk of such injury.
• I understand that by participating in this activity, immediate medical care may not be available to me and I assume that risk.
• I understand and agree that neither Tango Rentals nor any of its employees may be held liable or responsible in any way for injury, death and / or other damages to me, that occurs as a result of my participation in the activity, even if the party is negligent and regardless of whether that negligence is active or passive.
• I have read and understand the terms of this document.
• I understand the terms of this document are contractual and not a mere recital and a have accepted this document of my own free will.
• It is my intention by accepting this document, to exempt and release Tango Rentals from all liability whatsoever, for personal injury, properly damage and wrongful death, however caused, including, but not limited to the negligence of the released party, whether passive or active. I have read and understand the contents of this liability release and my assumption of risk.
