Vacation Home Rentals Puerto Vallarta Mexico Casa Jade is an ocean front estate that sits on the shore of the Puerto Vallarta Bay. It is located in an exclusive multi-million dollar neighborhood that with waterfront on one side and mountain forest on the other. We are close to town but far enough away to keep out the noise and lights. The house was built on the granite foundation of the Sierre Madre mountains. It is 7 stories high and cascades down to the shoreline. One of the pools literally hovers over the ocean water below. Each floor and every room have a walk-out terrace with sitting areas and tables. The house design and ocean views are both breathtaking. The house is elegantly decorated with colorful furniture, paintings, accent lighting, and local art. Once you cross the threshold of the front door, most people are awe struck by the view. Your eyes will immediately lock on the horizon and the beautiful turquoise colored water. As you travel up and down the 7 stairways, the house seems endless
Amenities: We have a full kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 bars, 2 waterfalls, an entertainment area, and outdoor grill. As far as sleeping arrangements, we have a total of 10 beds, 2 pullouts, 2 inflatable queen beds, and several couches. The typical group that stays with us usually have 15-20 people. There are essentially two master bedrooms. The first, is on the upper level and has its own large sitting area, walkout terrace, and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is beautiful and was custom built from marble and malachite. The other master is on the lowest level of the house. Both would be better described as suites. They cover an entire floor, have couches, sitting areas, walkout balconies. The balconies all have great views with teak tables and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy. Other rooms include a loft on the front side of the house with its own complete kitchen, sitting area, couch with a pullout bed and a queen. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen. This room is the only one with a view of both the mountains and the ocean. Downstairs there are two identical bedrooms each with two twin beds. These rooms share a walkout balcony and are ideal for kids. The beds can be converted to queen beds if need.
Pools and outdoor decks: There is an infinity pool on the second level and a larger heated pool on the bottom floor. The pool on the bottom deck pool literally hovers over the water. The infinity pool is equally impressive because inside the pool all you can see is the ocean down below. We have a large area near the pool that we just added on that has an enormous Palapa covering it. Its a great place to sit and read or relax away from everyone else. It also has the best view of the Los Arcos marine sanctuary. Los Arcos is a favorite spot for snorkeling and kayaking.
