Within only a short ten minute walk to El Malecon, the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta, this condo is very well located for convenient access to all the wonderful sights and activities of PV. There are also two small stores and a larger supermarket close by for your daily needs.
The condo has a full length balcony overlooking the bay with seating, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, two bedrooms with king size beds, two full bathrooms with showers, AC, maid service twice a week, cable TV and a host of other features. The condo building is a secure building with a 24 hour staff that is dedicated to your safety.
