The villa is located in Puerto Vallarta’s prestigious Lower Conchas Chinas neighbourhood right on the beach. From a security standpoint, Casa del Mar is at 30 Capricornio the cobblestone continuation of Easy Street, the road that descends to the sea from the main costal highway, 5 minutes south of downtown PV. Capricornia then runs right along the beach in front of a row of million dollar villas. The road ends at the La Playita restaurant, 100 feet past Casa del Mar. Up the hill behind the restaurant is the small 3-star Conchas Chinas hotel and the famous restaurant El Set. 

The villa is right on a lovely shallow beach with great swimming and snorkelling among the volcanic rocks in front of the villa. It's ideal for kids of all ages. You can walk to the famous Los Muertos Beach and Old Town Vallarta along the beach. It's a bit of an adventure and takes about a half an hour. After shopping, and maybe a stop at the Cheeky Monkey, a restaurant we love for lunch on the Malacon, you can take a cab or bus back home.
