Accessing the villa from the street, you will be greeted by an airy entrance foyer that features a fountain that is open to the sky. Right away you will notice the intricate design features of the villa and its superb layout that allows for open or, more private, gatherings depending on the occasion. In addition to the entrance foyer, the main floor contains the living and a dining room, the very generously sized and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a half bathroom. Outside on the same level, you will find the pool and terrace that features an outside cooking area and table that seats up to eight people.

The master bedroom suite is located upstairs. It features a king sized bed that faces a private terrace and opens up to a magnificent view of the bay. Guests will also enjoy the Jacuzzi tub on the terrace in addition to the large bathroom area that features a counter with two sinks a double shower area and steam bath.

Downstairs from the main level you will find the guest bedroom suites, all accessed by a common reception area that also leads to the villa’s intimate garden. From the garden you also may access the media room. Three of the bedrooms feature king sized beds and the fourth a queen sized bed. All have their own private en-suite baths. All bedroom suites contain linens of at last a 400 thread count and fluffy towels. Spectacular views of the ocean can be enjoyed from every bedroom suite.
